Calling Builders and Realtors!

Enter your home in a Showcase of the most beautiful homes in the Coastal Bend! This event will take place on the originally planned dates, with a more inclusive format.

Model home? Custom? Spec Home? Home been on the market a bit?

Enter in for a 2 weekend dedicated open house!

House not quite finished, but want to showcase your floor plan for potential customers? Register your home now! (Must be in Cabinets Stage, and Builder will need to sign Indemnity Waiver, absolving the Coastal Bend HBA from any and all liability).

Homes entered must be NEW BUILDS, that have not been and are not currently inhabited.

What does entry in the Tour get me?

Exclusive Realtor Day access to your entry, on (tbd)
Your entry and all home details will be listed in the Digital Event Program.
Entry will be placed on digital event map and website page.
Social Media and Digital Advertising for the event.

Builder Deadlines:

Entry Deadline: Friday, September (tbd) at 5PM
Withdrawal Deadline: Friday, September (tbh) at 5PM
Lot Change, Plan Submission, Home Description, Plan & Rendering Review, and Builder Photo Deadline: tbd
