ISAC RECOMMENDATIONS Builder Input Meeting

Lunch will be provided to RSVP'd members.

Development Services is beginning public discussion on recommendations made by ISAC. The goal is to bring the recommendations to City Council in the next couple of months. 

Briefly,

The recommendation is for:

1. A limit of side and rear yard slope between lots to no more than10% max or a 6” drop over a 5’setback.
2. Increased inspection to enforce 10% rule
3. Increased inspection of drainage plan
